Returns and Refunds

Luminous and Bare is committed to providing both Eco-Friendly and Non-Toxic Hair, Skin and Body products. Our commitment is to provide you with premium quality, naturally-derived, Sustainable and Ethical Ingredients with NO Fake Natural. The following represents our Returns and Refunds Policy:

1. In the rare instance that a product is defective, and is within 30 days of your purchase date from Purchase, please email us at hello@luminousandbare.com, first providing proof of purchase and your order information. We will then happily email you instructions on how to return the item/s. Please note that 'used' faulty products must also be returned within 30 days of your purchase date with proof of purchase from www.luminousandbare.com.au, and is to be no more than half used. *If it is more than half used, Luminous and Bare reserves the right to refuse to exchange or refund any requests.

2. When your item has been successfully returned to us, please allow 3-5 Business Days for your refund to be processed. Please note that depending on your Financial Institution, the refund can take a further 3-5 business days to clear into your account (please contact your Financial Institution for refund times).

3. Luminous and Bare will cover the Cost of your Return Postage. We will send you a Satchel and instructions on how to pack and post the item/s. We do this due to the nature of the Parcel Satchels that we use. Our Satchels are Compostable Satchels from The Better Packaging Co. We REFUSE to use plastic satchels and choose to remain eco-friendly, hence why we post a return Satchel to you. 

4.  Products purchased via a  Luminous and Bare Stockist are bound by the Terms and Conditions of that particular Stockist. In this instance, it is the Customers Responsibility to contact the Stockist from which they made the purchase as these terms may vary.
